SAFETY
The hotels tell the tourists that
it is not safe to go outside the
hotel complex in the nighttime
and only with the tours provided
n the daytime.

This is not so!!!

As for safety, it has been my
experience, it is entirely safe.
there have been occasions
where single men have run into
difficulty by being picked up by a
beautiful girl, or a motor concho
has taken a customer for a few
extra pesos. These incidents are
very few in numbers, and violent
crime is much less than back in downtown Toronto.

Aqua Adventure is owned and operated by Pablo Santos, who is a professional fishing guide, a certified scuba diving instructor and an underwater photographer who lives in Sosua. A native Dominican, Pablo grew up in the United States. He speaks fluent English and Spanish, and knows just about everyone in, and everything about, Sosua.
